JMC continuous drive against violations 12/1/2015 10:48:56 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 1: Mandeep Kaur Commissioner Jammu Municipal Corporation and under the supervision of RS Jamwal Joint Commissioner (Adm), the Enforcement Staff led by the Chief Enforcement Officer and Enforcement Officer of Jammu Municipal Corporation undertook a drive against unauthorized constructions / violations. During the drive the team demolished the RCC Slab of unauthorized construction raised in the side set back area at 63 B/D Gandhi Nagar, Jammu under the provisions of J&K Control of Building Operation Act, 1988. The demolition has been conducted with the help and co-operation of Police Force from Gandhi Nagar, Police Station and from District Police Lines Jammu. The Jammu Municipal Corporation again appeals to the General Public to refrain from making illegal constructions and get building plans whether commercial / residential approved from Jammu Municipal Corporation otherwise action as admissible under rules leading to demolition / sealing of the building will be taken.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
