6 blue eyed Patwaris get plum postings 12/2/2015 12:04:04 AM Sumit Sharma Early Times Report JAMMU, Dec 1: The Revenue department has flouted all norms to transfer Patwaris as months after the cancellation of the Finance Commissioner's order No. FC(Adm) 239 of 2015 Dated 4-09-2015 in which he had transferred 14 Patwaris , it has now allowed inter district transfer of six blue eyed Patwaris. These Patwaris have been transferred to Jammu from Rajouri and Reasi districts respectively. Amazingly, the transfer order of six patwaris came to force on reference of an order which is nowhere in sight as the same is not uploaded in the Revenue department's official website. The order No.DIV Com JMU(ESTT) 18 of 2015 dated 2.11.2015 reads : " As per the approval conveyed by the Revenue Department vide Rev/NG/297/2015 dated 28.10.15 the following Patwaris are hereby transferred and placed at the disposal of Deputy Commissioners for further adjustment with immediate effect". These Patwaris include Anjum Javid Raina transferred from Rajouri ,Abdul Rashid transferred from district Poonch,Malik Behzad transferred from district Doda, Samreen Akhter transferred from district Kathua and Ghulam Nabi transferred from district Reasi and put at the disposal of the Deputy Commissioner Jammu while Mohammad Farooq who was transferred from district Reasi has been put at the disposal of Deputy Commissioner Rajouri. Further, DC Jammu adjusted these Patwaris on key positions of Jammu district. Pertinently, Government Order No. Rev/NG/52 of 2015 dated 09-03-2015 restricts inter districts transfers of Patwaris and directions and to force this order in latter and spirit directions to all the Deputy Commissioners as well as the drawing and disbursing officers were issued for its implementation.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
