JKRETTF continues protest, highlights demands

Doda, Dec 1: Continuing their protest, Jammu and Kashmir ReT Teachers Forum led by Chairman Farooq Ahmad Tantray, thousands of ReT teachers of district Doda held protest demonstration at district headquarter in support of their long pending demands.
Isahq Rasheed Malik District President JKReTTF highlighted their demands including pending salary of ReTs under SSA for the last 6 months due to which ReTs are facing starvation and big financial crunch , pending regularization of ReTs who have completed five years service two years back, delay in time bound promotion of RReTs, 10% NPS share of SSA teachers, arrear of converted ReTs for one year since 26 June 2013 and controversial humiliating statement of government for screening test.
The protesting ReT teachers proceeded from CEO office Doda towards DC office and raised slogans in favour of their demands and callous attitude of government toward ReTs. After concluding the rally the RETs submitted memorandum to DC doda.
