| PAPA alleges PDP-BJP ministers working NC-Cong style | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 8: People's Action and Public Accountability (PAPA) alleged that most of PDP-BJP ministers seem on old tracks with same style working of out gone ministers.
According to press release, PAPA further alleged that the placements and promotions of corrupt and tainted lot being observed as permanent feature within important ministries like R&B, Revenue and Health. Toothless SAC, ineffective SVC and PSC are proving either casual or burden on state exchequer, it added.
PAPA stated that recent posting of tainted as ERA chief & MD JKPCC had already spelled out the suspiciousness of PDP-BJP coalition. Hollow claims of state revenue minister related to a so-called credibility in day to day public affairs were also dumped while allowing all sort of corruption at ground level. As usual, postings of Patwaris and Naib Tehsildars are being managed by the minister's office while least caring the opinion of Divisional Commissioners or deputy Commissioners, it further added. Similarly, multiple problems within health sector are being overshadowed by day to day loud and false claims of the minister, PAPA alleged.
PAPA expressed the need of urgent reforms related to PDD and urban development departments are nowhere seen as priority of the state government. In absence of any norms for private colonies and wanted parameters based approval of building plans, talk of smart cities is being spelled out. Despite good intentions, education minister failed to provide momentum to the needed reforms in the field of education. |
