What ails BJP's 100 days 'achievement' report card?

Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 8: Has ruling BJP nothing in its kitty to offer about its performance during first 100 days of governance or has the task of preparing the much trumpeted achievement booklet been given to a few incapable of giving it a desired shape within the stipulated time?
The silence of the party's leadership on this question is intriguing , notwithstanding the fact that there is already a delay of 170 days more than when this report card was boasted to be released by the Central leadership not long ago.
Sources said there is an uneasy calm within the people at the helm in the party as to what ails this task which the leadership deemed very prestigious for party's image. Sources said this repetitive assertion on party coming out with its 100 days progress report in public domain separately was made by none other than the national vice president of BJP Avinash Rai Khanna who is also in charge of the party in J&K. Concurrently, this was echoed by other senior leaders in order to make the public aware about party as alliance partner for which a proper booklet would be released. The idea was to project that none of the parties in the previous dispensations had done during three months of governance which BJP has done, sources further said.
However, boasting in tone and tenor of somewhat declaration has now fizzled out from the scene . The party has neither been able to stick to its declaration of releasing achievement booklet nor have the people assigned this task showed any excitement or enthusiasm to prepare the so called report card, said the sources. This responsibility which on one hand the leadership considers most crucial to keep up the morale of the workers and reinforce the image of the party in Jammu region, has been given to a handful of people who work in a different mode and style. Contrary to die hard spirited and dedicated to core functionaries, a few of them are in fact new entrants in the party and therefore not inclined to hardwork culture, said the sources explaining some factors which have caused delay much to the embarrassment of the Central leaders. Those accustomed to work and work only for the party with a deep sense of loyalty have been side lined by the leadership and the latter have relied completely on those who are mostly outsiders and used to work with a dedicated spirit, sources further said.
While this is the story insiders attribute to trumpeted achievement report card not released by BJP so far, the critics have it to say that party has in fact not much to claim or boast about as unprecedented achievements during its 100 days rule in the J&K State.
