Blacktopping of manholes cover leave residents in distress 12/8/2015 11:13:18 PM Early Times Report Udhampur, Dec 8: The people of Udhampur have expressed concern over the blacktopping of covers of man holes. Locals including Bharat Chowdhary, Ram Lal, Sahil and other told Early Times that there is very possibility of problems during cleaning the blocked drains from such holes as the lid over them is not seen because same has been buried beneath the coal-tar. They also said that bumps were formed at places where these lids are covered by the coal-tar due to which symmetry of the road is disturbed and this may lead to a mishap in the night times.
