JAMMU, Dec 12 : State Taekwondo teams of Kyorugi in both senior and junior groups today left for participation in the 35th Junior National Taekwondo (Kyorugi ) Championships and 34th Senior National Taekwondo (Kyorugi ) Championships to be held from December 15 to December 18 at JN Stadium Cuttack in Orissa.
Atul Pangotra accompanied the team as contingent incharge while Anil Singh Parihar of CRPF shall act as an official in the tournament, a handout issued here today informed.
Earlier, the teams were flagged off by organising secretary, Anuj Sharma.
The Teams :
Junior : Girls: Priya Verma, Mansi Dubey (both Jammu) and Vanika Gupta (Samba). Coach: Sanjay Kumar. Boys: Vinit kumar, Randhir Singh, Lakshit Sarmal, Vishesh Thakur (all Kathua), Sagar Dalal (Samba), Mohit Jamwal, Anish Sharma, Tarun Sharma (all Jammu) and Faraaz Ashraf (Baramulla). Coach: Rameez (Baramulla).
Seniors : Girls: Kajal (Samba). BOYS: Rohit Sharma (RS Pura), Arvind Satti, Nitish Anand, Narinder Sharma, Sunil Vaid (all Jammu) and Anshul Deshwal (Samba). Coach : Burhan ud Din of Doda. |
