2 corrupt BJP mantris likely to be named in budget session of Assembly | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 12: The Congress party is going to corner PDP-BJP Government in the coming budget session of J&K Assembly as it has reportedly collected bundles of evidences against two corrupt BJP Ministers. Credible sources said that some social workers and RTI activists have been collecting convincing evidences against two BJP Ministers which authenticate their involvement in the illegal and corrupt practices in the past. These evidences have been provided to the Congress MLAs so that they can strongly take up these evidences in the coming budget session of the Assembly to expose "honest and nationalist" BJP. The sources said that evidences were collected from their past tenure when they were not Ministers in the PDP-BJP Government. Although social activists, sources said, are working round the clock to collect evidences against all sitting BJP Ministers, they got some visible evidences against two Ministers which clearly indicate their involvement in corruption. One of the BJP Ministers has encroached a huge chunk of Government land and evidences in this regard have been collected by the RTI activists. This Minister had encroached huge chunk of Government land with the connivance of a bureaucrat and interestingly the same bureaucrat is now working with the same Minister. After becoming Minister in the BJP Government this Minister has been rapidly selling the encroached land to prove himself as honest but RTI activists have collected convincing evidences which establish Minister's direct involvement in encroaching Government land. The second Minister is already facing many charges. The RTI activists have also collected a lot evidences against him. This Minister, during his tenure before becoming Minister, was involved in many corrupt practices. The sources said that these two Ministers have got information that charge-sheet has been prepared to establish their involvement in corrupt practices so the duo has deputed some power brokers to strike deal with Congress MLAs. |
