Jammu, Dec 12 : Agriculture Technology Management Agency (ATMA) today establishes farm school under scheme National Mission for agriculture Extension technology here at Dok Wazira. According to press release, fifty farmers of the area participated in the programme. Under the program farmers will be given technical knowhow during the whole season at different stages of crop. Assistant Technical Manager, SK Munshi of block Dansal gave a detailed package of practices for the cultivation of wheat crop in the school. Deputy project director, ATMA, BB Siddha and Ravinder Kachroo educated the farmers for judicious use of pesticides in cereals as well as vegetable crops. |
