National Lok Adalat held at Kathua 12/12/2015 11:09:48 PM Early Times Report Kathua, Dec 12: National Lok Adalat held at Kathua wherein four benches of judges solved several pending cases on the occasion. The Adalat was organized by Chairman District Legal services authority, Principal District and session judge in collaboration with chairman tehsil legal services Committee Kathua. While interacting o media, Principal Judge Sanjay Dhar said number of cases have been solved during National Lok Adalat held at Kathua. He said both the parties are asked to come together and decisions are taken by their mutual understanding. The judge added that Court has provision to return court fees to the clients. He added that Lok Adalat meant to speedy up the cases which are pending for long. He the Lok Adalat is being organized in entire country and Kathua court follows the instruction passed on by legal department to organize such Lok Adalat Kathua.
