LMD Ramban books two stationary traders for flouting norms 12/12/2015 11:10:12 PM Early Times Report RAMBAN, Dec 12: The attempts of the Legal Metrology Department to check malpractices of stationary traders have started yielding results. Two such manufacturers have been challaned by the department, who were making money by fiddling with the prescribed norms for stationary items.
