| People express anger over prohibition on playing in KV ground | | | Early Times Report
Kishtwar, Dec 13 : People of town have expressed anger against General Manager Dulhasti power station (DPS) and management of KV Kishtwar, who have restricted the local youth of Semna Colony area to play cricket at KV ground.
According to press release, locals said that they had donated the land for establishing the colony and prestigious KV school and now local youth are forced not to play at KV ground which is totally unjustified.
Instead of establishing playfields at Kishtwar under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative viz; construction of outdoor and Indoor stadiums they are now dealing with the students and youths of the vicinity of semna colony area in a much strict way.
One of the local Wassim Makker, further said added that we have now denied off their basic rights and also added that games encourages enthusiasm,one ness,harmony, and most importantly it keeps everyone away from the ill aspects of socail evils and drug addiction.
demanded that NHPC authority should allow the local youth to play and the management should start the construction of state of art indoor and outdoor stadiums in kishtwar at the earliest. |
