SP stoops low to get lucrative posting Supplies vegetables, fruits to 2 BJP Ministers 12/14/2015 12:01:00 AM Early Times Report JAMMU, Dec 13: To seek their support in getting a lucrative posting as the head of a district in Jammu region, one SP of J&K police has touched a new low by being the supplier of fresh vegetables and fruits to the residences of two BJP Ministers. Though he is very junior, he is desperate to head a district as its SSP. The district, he is eyeing, is already headed by a SP-rank officer. To turn his dream into reality, he is now-a-days busy in pleasing the two BJP Ministers, knowing that he can't become an SSP without the support of the two BJP Ministers as and when the proposal of his posting as the head of the particular district was discussed in the State Cabinet. "He is supplying fresh vegetables and fruit to the residences of the two BJP Ministers twice a week. His PSO delivers the items inside," police sources said. Sources said he was also taking rounds of the residences of some "powerful" BJP MLAs to seek their support.
