Kishtwar, Dec 13 : People's Democratic Party (PDP) District President Kishtwar, Sheikh Nasir Hussain held a workers meeting at Dak Banglow Kishtwar and discussed the modalities of the municipality campaign.
While speaking in a meeting, Nasir asked the workers to intensify the party activities on the ground level and establish constructive contact with the masses.
He also asked them to hold public meeting at ward and booth levels and get ready for the upcoming Municipality elections . He said that the party workers have to be strong and vigilant for the upcoming Municipality elections and informed that with the developmental vision of MLC, Firdoos Ahmed Tak, the municipality developmental works are in progress in entire 13 (thirteen ) wards of Kishtwar municipality jurisdiction, he maintained.
On the occasion, General Secretary PDP Kishtwar district ,Ishtiyaq Hussain Waza , informed that the municipality elections are going to held in probably in the month of March 2016 and urged upon the workers to expedite the campaign in all the thirteen wards of Kishtwar town.
" We have to prove our credibility in the upcoming municipality elections and only Municipality and Panchayati election would consider the next assembly elections, need to strengthened the party for future elections", he suggested .
Several others senior leaders who spoke on the occasion were including Umar Malik, State Secretary Youth PDP, District President Kishtwar Youth, Wasil Doolwal, Jaffer Babzada, Arshad Giri, Jaffer Hussain, Shabir Ahmed Najar,Saidullah, Yasir Najar, Mohd Saleem Shah, Sajad Hussain Dev, Abdul Rashid Butt, Sohail Zarger and Mohd Saleem . |
