LPEF holds meeting, highlights demands | | | Kishtwar, Dec 13 : Low Paid Employees Federation (LPEF) unit District Kishtwar today held meeting at Kishtwar, in which the association highlighted various demands related to the welfare of its employees. As per press statement, the meeting was chaired by District President Manzoor Ahmed Kichloo, while senior leader of the federation Malik Noor Hussain was also remain present. The speakers highlighted various demands including regularization of daily rated and need base workers serving in various government departments, release of ReTs salries pending since last nine months, DA due from July 2015, pending GP funds, release of 6th pay , removing the pay anomaly of clerks and release of salary in favour of teachers who are without pay for the last nine months . Senior leader of the Federation , Noor Hussain Malik also demanded to adjust the unemployed skilled and unskilled youth of district Kishtwar on fast track recruitment policies and urged to utilise the skilled unemployed hands of Kishtwar district in power projects. He also demanded to release the pending salaries of Need Base Workers and Anganwadi employees, beside further lamented the different departments who are not releasing the pending salaries of daily wagers and need based workers "who are now facing starvation". The aggrieved have appealed the concerned officers and departments for immediate release of the pending salary of all employees particularly Daily Wagers and Need Based Workers and threaten that in case of failure, they will hold mass level agitation against the state govt and officers concerned. |
