One more narcotic smuggler held in posh locality with 'heroin' 12/28/2015 11:43:27 PM Jammu Dec 28: Gandhi Nagar police today arrested one more Narcotic smuggler and recovered the consignment of Heroin, which he was going to deliver to the youth of the Gandhi Nagar area. The catch was made just few days after police nabbed three narcotic smugglers from R.S Pura. "On specific information, Gandhi Nagar police conducted a raid and arrested a narcotic smuggler identified as Inderpal Singh alias Lovely s/o Jasbeer Singh of Nai Basti." "Police team recovered contraband i.e. Heroin from his possession, accordingly a case under section 8/22 NDPS Act has been registered against him. "The said catch in this connection was made by ASI Om Parkash, police said. Pertinently, Gandhi Nagar police on Friday last nabbed three narcotic smugglers with the consignment of three packet of Heroine valuing lakhs at International Market during naka checking . Police also seized the car for carrying the consignment. The three narcotic smugglers have been identified as Anil Kumar alis Chusu son of Mohan of Bakshi Colony, Anil Kumar alis Johny son of Harbans Lal of Kullian and Amandeep Singh alias Gourav son of Darshan Singh of Narhi, all residents of R.S Pura were also arrested on spot.
