Doctors advise Mufti to take rest | | | Early Times Report
Srinagar, Dec 28: Chief Minister Mufti Mohmmad Sayeed, who is admitted in AIIMS, New Delhi is well but has been advised by the doctors to take some more rest. A senior Cabinet Minister who visited New Delhi on Monday to know the health condition of the CM told Early Times that Chief Minister is "absolutely fine" now. "Mufti Sahab wants to come back but he has been advised by the doctors to take some more rest. I think CM will return within two three days," the Minister said, insisting not to be named. He said that he was admitted in the private ward of the AIIMS with the complaints of uneasiness and fever. "CM was looked after by a team of doctors from the departments of Endocrinology and Medicine and he went through a series of investigations," minister said and added that the reports were quite normal. It is to mention here that the Chief Minister undertook six-hour-long tour of Srinagar city last week amidst intense cold, after the authorities said that he complained of exhaustion. The CM then was airlifted to New Delhi from Srinagar and was admitted in All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS). Mufti Sayeed was accompanied by his wife and PDP president and his daughter Mehbooba Mufti. Meanwhile sources said that Union Health Minister JP Nadda has inquired about the health of Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed. Sources said that the Minister, spoke to the Chief Minister's daughter, Mehbooba Mufti, to learn about the health of her father. The Minister asked her in detail about the health condition of Mufti Mohammad Sayeed. |
