Distt Admn, Health Deptt allegedly contravene HC's directions 12/28/2015 11:47:17 PM Early Times Report Doda, Dec 28: District Administration Doda along with the Medical Department and JKPCC Unit-IX Doda allegedly have violated an order issued by J&K High Court of Jammu dtd December 8 in which court allowed the petitioner -a chemist to sell medicines from the shop near new District Hospital (DH) Complex Doda. According to petitioner, Ajmal Hussain Natnoo owner of New Mehran Medical Hall near New District Hospital (DH) Doda alleged that vide MP No2/2015 In CP(OWP)No 210/2015 dtd 18/12/2015 and the J&K High Court too had issued a notice in this regard to the SSP Doda to ensure the compliance of the court order dated 08/12/2015 but the district administration along with the medical department today violated the court orders and raised the fencing wall in front of the said medical shop . He alleged that in violation to court order Medical Superintendent DH Doda and Dy Manager JKPCC unit IX Doda has constructed a boundary wall infront of shop and closing front of his shop resulting inconvenience to patients and attendants who have to buy medicines. Natnoo also added J&K High Court Single Bench justice P S Walia on 8 December 2015 has passed three interim directions stating boundary walls if any shall be raised at the distance of 4 ft away from the shop of the petitioner, the petitioner shall be free to sell medicines from the shop and petitioner to participate in the bid process for allotment of shop in the District Hospital.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
