JAMMU, Jan 3 : London Olympics bronze medal winner wrestler, Yogeshwar Dutt of Sonipat in Haryana was felicitated on his visit to holy Shrine of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi by J&K Indian Style Wrestling Association at Katra. Yogeshwar was accompanied by three other international wrestlers and a coach.
Yogeshwar was presented with a memento by the Association president and Joint Secretary of the J&K State Sports Council, Shiv Kumar Sharma. A host of other prominent state wresters and citizens of Katra were present among others.
Important to mention here that Yogeshwar is a 12-time National Champion and Asian and Commonwealth gold medal winner. Speaking on the occasion, Shiv Kumar wished improved performance for this wrestler in the upcoming Olympics Games.
In the meantime, Yogeshwar expressed his thanks to Shiv Kumar Sharma for the encouragement, hospitality and honour.
