| AKHNOOR, Jan 7 : Singh Cricket Club Akhnoor is going to organize New Year Cricket Cup at Akhnoor. In a meeting at Akhnoor, Sham Singh Langeh, President S S Cricket Club announced that the Cricket Cup will start from 8th January onwards and will be a Tehsil level competition. He said that around 8 teams from the Akhnoor Tehsil and the adjoining areas will participate in the tournament. The tournament will be purely on knockout basis and attractive awards will be given to the winners. Others who were present included Rajinder Sharma, Joginder Magotra, Sunil Govil, Sunny, Deepak, Vikas pal, David Harsh and Varun. |
