Non-Gazette Forest Officers hold protest, seek removal of pay anomalies 1/27/2016 11:28:45 PM Early Times Report Kathua, Jan 27: All JK Non Gazette Forest Officers Association today staged protest demonstration in the premises of Forest Division Kathua to highlight redressal of pending demands including pay anomaly, risk allowance and 21/2 day extra salary. Led by Bashir Ahmad, State President of the association, the protestors amid slogans highlighted their demands and sought early redressal of their long pending demands Speaking on the occasion, All J&K non- Gazette Forest Officers State President Bashir Ahmad alleged biased approach of state government towards officers working in Forest department wing. He said forest employees have been decrying removal of pay anomaly, release of risk allowance and 21/2 day extra salary but their demands ye have not been conceded to. The protesters appealed Governor, Chief Secretary and Principal Secretary Forest department to intervene and redress their demands including regularization of nearly 900 daily wagers and clearance of cases falling under SRO 43.
