No seating arrangement for students on R-Day function 1/28/2016 12:00:19 AM MS Nazki MENDHAR, Jan 27: The students who were brought from different schools of Mendhar at GBHS School where Republic day function was held on Tuesday had to face a tough time. Students from different schools of the tehsil were brought to Govt Boys Higher Secondary School, Mendhar where Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Thakur Sher Singh hoisted the tricolor and took the salute on the march past. As weather conditions were not favorable the seating arrangement in the school was not done properly. VIPs and other dignitaries had chairs to sit and they witnessed the celebrations comfortably but students were ignored,said a parent. Even media gallery was also occupied by the VIPs. Sources said Naib Tehsildar Aftab Hussain had to requestmedia persons not to boycott the function.
