Early Times Report Jammu, Jan 27: Non Governmental Organization (NGO)- the Parivartan organized a Judo (Yellow) Belt Grading which concluded here today. The three day camp was inaugurated on 24th January in which twenty children between the ages of 2 to 5 years participated in this contest held in the premises of Orange Pre-school, Durga Nagar. On the occasion Vikas Gupta, General Secretary, Jammu and Kashmir Judo Association was the chief guest while the senior Judo coach JKSSC, Suraj Bhan Singh the guest of honour. The chief guest Vikas Gupta in his address said sports and education, both are very necessary in the life of children and the events like this are good initiative undertaken by the management of the school to hone the latent skills. Speaking on the occasion, chairperson, Orange Pre-School, Archana Pushap hailed the efforts of NGO and Judo Association for organizing such an event for the promotion of sports among the children in the school premises. She further expresses gratitude towards the parents for the full support to organize such type of events. Speaking on the occasion, President, Parivatarn, Vikas Sharma expressed gratitude towards the management of Orange Pre-school and its staff including the coach Manish Chatwal for their full support in the successful completion of three day long Judo Camp |
