NPSU stages protest over JNU issue | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Feb 17: National Panthers Student Union (NPSU) today forced the closure of the Jammu University over the JNU issue seeking the slapping of sedition charges on the culprits. The NPSU activists who assembled in front of the administrative block in the morning raised and barged into various class rooms urging the students to boycott their classes. Speaking on the occasion, Thakur Virender Singh State President NPSU condemned the anti India propaganda unleashed by certain mischievous elements and decisive forces and sought the booking of culprits for sedition. He said that the highly provocative and inflammatory speeches given by anti-nationals could not be tolerated by any nationalist. He said that non-initiation of action against the delinquents has had the effect of emboldening the divisive forces all across the country. He said that BJP and Congress must stop playing politics over the issue and take serious note of anti-India propaganda whether unleashed in New Delhi or Kashmir. He said that there was no such thing as 'Kashmir issue' but only a hype created by certain paid agents of Pakistan who wanted to vitiate peace in Jammu and Kashmir and destabilize the nation. He said that NPSU shall vociferously oppose and fight all fundamentalists and anti-national forces. |
