Lal Bahadur Shastri College excels in Culture Festival 2/18/2016 12:54:38 AM Early Times Report Kathua, Feb 17: Students of Lal Bahadur Shastri College of Education, Rajbagh (Kathua) who excelled in an inter college District Culture Festival organized by Nehru Yuva Kendra Kathua at Government Women College Kathua. The students won two Ist Prizes (Group Song and Solo Song) and 3rd prize in Skit competition. The winners of the college received prizes at the hands of esteemed Ramesh Kumar, DC Kathua.
