Bar Association Poonch organizes lecture on NDPS Act 2/22/2016 12:28:04 AM Early Times Report Poonch, Feb 21: In order to groom young lawyers for the challenges of legal profession and make them abreast with latest developments in the field of law , a series of lecture programme has been started under the aegis of Bar Association Poonch. On the occasion, Shokat Manhas senior advocate and ex public prosecutor delivered lecture. Principal district and sessions judge poonch Tahir khurshid Raina inaugurated the proceedings. In his inaugural address he appreciated this step of Bar Association Poonch. He stressed upon the lawyers to keep on honing their professional skills and keep themselves fully equipped with developments going on in legal field and the judgements delivered by superior courts of the country.
