HAP members stage protest 2/22/2016 11:22:35 PM Early Times Report Poonch, Feb 22: Handicap Association Poonch (HAP) members today staged protest demonstration against district administration Poonch and all farmer governments Jammu and Kashmir. The protest led by Abdul Rashid Shahpuri and said that the farmer governments assured to increase their monthly pensions but they still waiting. They further demanded the state governor that their monthly pensions be closed as they could beg easily in the markets because they are suffering much due to lack of facilities.
