ReT discuss their problems | | | Early Times Report Rajouri, Feb 22: Rehbar-e-Taleem (ReT) teachers from Khawas Education zone in Rajouri district held a meeting at Khawas recently and discussed their problems and authorized their leaders to approach the higher authorities for their solutions. The meeting was chaired by Sunil Singh, president J&K ReT Forum and was assisted by Sanjay Roy general secretary ,Khawas Zone ReT teacher association. ReT teachers expressed their resentment against the Chief Education Officer (CEO) and other officers for keeping the files of those ReT rteachers who have already completed 5 years in the service. "All the CEOs of other districts have forward the files of the ReT teachers to the Director Education Office for the regularization of their service. But the files related to ReT teachers from Khawas education zone still lying in the office of CEO at Rajouri" said Sanjay Roy. He appealed to the Chief Education Officer to send the files to the Director Education office without wasting any more time. Sanjay Roy also appealed to the concerned Zonal Education Officer (ZEO, Khawas) to release all the arrears, pending salaries of the ReT teachers and Mid Day Meal (MDM) dues. Prominent among those who attended the meeting include Rakesh Sharma, Sapna Kumari and Shakeel Ahmed. |
