JAMMU, Feb 26: To review preparations for the forthcoming visit of party president, Mehbooba Mufti at Jammu on March 4, a meeting under the Chairmanship of Vinod Sharma, District President Jammu Urban was held today in which leaders and senior activists of PDP from Jammu East zone participated. In the meeting it was announced that PDP president will launch membership drive for Jammu district on March 4. PDP president, Mehbooba Mufti is especially coming to start membership drive of the party.
Speakers, while speaking on the occasion, called upon the party workers to make Mehbooba's visit a grand success. They said that aim of launching membership drive is to strengthen the party at grass root level. They said that membership drive for Jammu province will be started from Jammu district, followed by remaining parts of this region.
