jammu, Feb 26: For his transfer from CID wing of state police to JKS range, an Inspector is alleged to have very tactfully utilised the services of a senior police officer who is at present holding an important post at PHQ.
Before his transfer to CID, the Inspector was posted as SHO of a police station in Rajouri district. From CID, he managed his transfer to JKS range with the blessings of the senior police officer.
He was now alleged to be again using the services of the senior police officer for the allotment of Jammu district and then his posting as SHO of some 'important' police station here, police sources alleged.
"To ensure that he is posted in Jammu, he spent the whole day today in visiting the offices and residences of senior police officers, requesting them to put a word for him so that he does miss the opportunity," sources said. |
