Why is Delhi Police going soft on Kashmiri woman? | Anti-India event at Delhi Press Club | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Feb 26: The Delhi has arrested three persons including president of Jawaharlal Nehru University Students Union (JNUSU), Kanhaiya Kumar, mastermind, Umar Khalid and Anirban Bhattacharya. The trio is in jail but some other architects of ugly incidents at JNU and Press Club of Delhi are roaming freely. While as culprits of JNU are identified by the Delhi Police but others who shouting anti-India and pro-Afzal Guru slogans at Press Club of Delhi are yet to the identified by the Delhi Police. The function at Press Club of Delhi was organised by some supporters of terrorists, who are active in Delhi and other areas of the country but Delhi Police is still going soft on those dreaded anti-India elements. Except customary arrest of Prof Geelani, no more arrest has been made so far. Credible sources, while quoting some eye-witnesses, said that there was a female who was main trouble creator in the anti-India seminar which was held at Press Club of Delhi. The female, who belongs to Kashmir Valley, was active in organizing anti-India seminar at Press Club. It was her address which had instigated large number of Kashmiri students who were present in the function to start shouting anti-India slogans. Credible sources said that the female is working in media industry and has been moving from one education institution to another to mobilize support of radical students the "cause" of Kashmir. She is especially targeting gullible Kashmiri students who have been studying in different educational institutions of Delhi and other localities to involve them in anti-India movement. As reported earlier officials of Press Club of India Delhi were shocked when anti-India and 'Afzal Guru Amar Rahe' slogans were raised on February 10. According to reports, Delhi University professor Ali Zafar booked the halls to organise a session on discussion on Kashmir. When the discussion was initiated by Ali Zafar, a group of people reportedly raised slogans, such as -- 'Kashmir lekar rahenege', 'Afzal Guru Amar Rahe'. Even the group put up posters which hailed Afzal Guru, the convicted terrorist who was hanged in 2013 in connection with 2001 Parliament terror attack case. |
