Mahila Cong holds workers meet at Suchetgarh 3/12/2016 12:10:38 AM Early Times Report JAMMU, Mar 10 : Pradesh Mahila Congress organized a meeting at Border village Suchetgarh RS Pura. Mahila Congress has started conducting meetings in rural and urban areas to gear up for upcoming urban local bodies' election and Panchayat election in the state. Meeting was organized by District President Rural Sushma Choudhary. Indu Pawar President Pardesh Mahila Congress and Secretary of All India Mahila Congress Veena Deswal attended the meeting. Indu Pawar appreciated the interest being taken in meetings and programmes of the party by local workers. She said that our workers are our strength and Congress always remains in contact with the workers in remote and neglected areas. She highlighted problems being faced by people living along the LoC and International Border especially the farming community. She asked Central Government to give border people alternative accommodation as promised during elections.
