VKMI celebrates Anti Smoking Day

Jammu, Mar 12 : Vichar Krant Manch Int'l (VKMI) today celebrated Anti smoking day in which they educated the masses about the abuses of smoking and other drug addiction.
General Secretary of Manch Chander Mohan Sharma said that it was admitted fact that taking Gutka and smoking are very dangerous to health and more dangerous if we accompany the smokers.
They further said that the person smokes for the first time just for the sake of fun and pleasure and for taste of it, slowly and slowly becomes addiction, if preventive measures are not taken.
Smoking over powers the smokers and finally damages the vital organs of the body. Shreyansh Kumar Jain President VKMI gave some tips to quit smoking.
Though, smoking is banned in Government offices and other public places but further needs to be implemented properly and forcefully.
While narrating the ill effects of smoking, it was informed that 16 Millions peoples already have at least one disease from smoking and 20 Millions American have died because of smoking since 1964.
