Jammu, Mar 12 : A delegation of Paddar students today met Nationalist Congress Party chief Thakur Randhir Singh. The delegation was led by Sanjay Rana, discussed various issues of students belonging from remote area of the state. During meeting Rana said that the successive government of state always ignored the problem being faced by resident of Paddar. They demanded that despite Paddar having Tehsil status but at present there was no technical Institute and various schools of the area needed to upgrade. They further said that in Tehsil Paddar most of the villages have no electricity supply since independence like Garh, Kukandra, Pallali, Hakoo, Chishoti, Machial. "The farmers of the area are deprived of agriculture loans from J&K bank as there is no J&K Bank branch in Padder area", they said. Krishan Kumar Digra, T K Kaul Kilam , RS Billowaria , Er. Rishi Kaul Kilam, R C Bali , Pawan Kumar Gupta , Sanjeev Rana, Arjun Singh Rana, Manoj Kumar, Harnish Singh and Rahul Mangeshkar were also present in the meeting. |
