One hld for raping minor 3/13/2016 12:33:38 AM Early Times Report JAMMU, Mar 12: Police arrested a man for raping a minor girl in Doda when her parents were out of Station. Police said that uesterday family members of a minor victim complaint to police that one Bilal Ahmed of Hamdanpur Doda raped their minor girl when they were out of Station. Following the compliant, police team led by SI Ashiq Hussain ICPP Dist Hospital Doda under supervision of SHO Doda Insp Udhay Wazir, DySP Hqr Doda Ab Qayoom Runyal and SSP Doda Zahid Manhas swung into action and arrested the accused.
