| After a melodrama between BJP and PDP, ultimately the re-alliance is going to form the government in J&K. During these muddy days, one thing became clear that BJP unit in J&K has been cut to size. Firstly the mad race by Jammu unit of BJP with ex Dy. CM at the forefront failed to get a pie from the PDP and by the time of exposes of their working in the previous government, it was completely grounded by the central leadership, restrained completely from any negotiations with PDP and debarred to speak anything on re-alliance.
The curtain of re-alliance was raised ultimately, when probable CM candidate met with Prime Minister of India, just for half an hour as reported by media. One can easily conclude, what would have transpired between one to one meet in Delhi in such a short time. To put what transpired between PM and probable CM in public domain is the fundamental duty of both to honor the concept of transparency and it is also the right of the people who have voted.
Previously continuous run by PDP stalwarts to Delhi without taking the BJP unit of Jammu into confidence is a clear indicator that BJP leadership in Jammu does not matter anything to PDP and even Central unit of BJP. On the other hand the meeting of PDP leadership jointly with BJP (only Ex- Deputy Minister) flashes a signal that something is wrong within BJP and in this context, when there are troubles within, how one can thing of betterment of the people of the society and what good they can deliver. News of every one's aspirations under head 'All BJP MLAs want to be ministers' to get a ministerial berth in government in sue, is confirming to the every days story of BJP's power lust and is an indicator, that in future too all is not going to be well after formation of government.
A former independent MLA but minister from BJP quota, expecting not a repeat as Minister, has himself exposed that, he secured win against Modi wave after being denied ticket and he was kept in happy mood by the BJP till it needed for crucial face and now trying to settle score, in such case he will sit in opposition and work for Jammu, which the party has neglected for power. Here some clarifications are required from the MLA such as;
" What were his considerations to join ministry on the platform of a party, which outwardly neglected and rejected him at the time of giving mandate.
" If party did not worked for Jammu in ten months governance and neglected it, why he remain glued to the ministry and now eager to work for Jammu that too if denied ministry.
" His eagerness for re-induction into ministry, if not power lust then what it is?
" What was the crucial face for BJP as indicated by him, when he was kept in good mood and how this MLA not from the party fold, helped BJP to come out of crises?
The delay in oath ceremony has been attributed to the internal dispute of BJP on ministerial births and probable ministerial candidates and the matter stand referred to Delhi. This all certify that BJP Jammu unit is a thumb stamp and nothing else and basically to rule J&K is an understanding between PDP and Central leadership, where the BJP unit in Jammu has the role of a puppet only and strings to motion them for dance lies somewhere else. They do not dare to ask something for Jammu from PDP which has made them to fall flat before them for re-alliance. It is right time for the Delhi to keep into consideration, while finalizing the probable Ministers and cabinet births for them, in view of Jammu people's concern such as;
" Allegations of indulging into corrupt practices.
" Inefficient and inexperienced.
" Zero delivery in ten month previous government.
" Development confined to lanes and drains only.
" Their rejection by the people of Jammu and even by the contesting candidate of civil polls due in J&K.
" Their win not as their acceptance by people of Jammu or their ability, but only owing to Modi wave.
The Jammu BJP leadership is helpless in Kashmir and rejected at Jammu and is very much in a situation termed as 'Between the Devil and Deep Sea'. |
