| Jammu, Mar 29: Commandoes and Cops from District Police Jammu conducted mock drill at Wave Mall to check their preparedness to handle a design of miscreants in the winter capital of state. As part of the mock exercise, 'terrorists' were spotted. Cops 'rescued' the victims who were rushed to safer places after zeroing the assailants during an anti terrorist exercise at Wave Mall, Jammu here today. "Around 40 men of SOG Jammu along with CRPF (SOG) conducted the mock drill in Wave Mall at 2:00 PM," police said. Police said, "In an hour long exercise QRTs of SOG Jammu along with territorial Police reached the Wave Mall and conducted cordon and search operation following information of terrorist strike.' " The whole exercise was carried out in the wake of recent terrorist attack in Lahore, Pakistan, police spokesperson said. |
