AIBCU flays reservation to ST in Panchayat polls 3/30/2016 1:01:48 AM Early Times Report Poonch, Mar 29: Taking strong exception of reservation allotted to Scheduled Tribe (ST) in forthcoming Panchyat Polls, the All India Backward Classes Union (AIBCU) Poonch today termed the reservation to STs in coming Panchyat polls and termed it as injustice. Addressing the members of association in a meeting, Abdul Rashid Shahpuri the District President AIBCU Poonch and Foji Mohd Rashid Vice President Distt Poonch showed their anguish towards the order and said the quota for eight and thirteen percent segment has been reserved and more than fifty percent segment has been ignored as the authorities negated OBCs. They alleged the political parties as well as officials are dividing people on casteism basis which is totally condemnable. They also appealed governor to make justice with OBC segment.
