Jammu, Mar 29: The employees of Salal Power Station organized an awaraness programme on Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.
The employees of Salal Power Station, led by Shri Prakash, Chief Engineer (Civil) marched from Administration Block 2 and had a round of Project Colony for aware the masses on 'Swachh Bharat Abhiyan'.
At main Market, Jyotipuram, Prakash addressed the employees and the local shopkeepers, appealed all the shopkeepers to avoid the use of Polythene and be instrumental for saving the environment.
He also suggested simple ways to shopkeepers as well as customers like 'Refusing to give and refuse to accept' to avoid the use of Polythene. Shivani Bisht, Deputy Manager also spoke on the occasion. |
