AIAMF demands probe into terror attack on TA Battalion | | | Early Times Report
Kathua, Mar 29: All India Anti- Militant Front, (AIAMF), a Chandigarh based organization fighting for terror attacks in India today demanded National Investigation Agency ( NIA) probe into the attack on TA Battalion in Kathua on Oct.2005 in which two army persons were martyred. Sat Pal Singh, Vice-president, AIAMF said the attack on the army was planned by one very influential political family including Police officers from the family to stop army from taking possession of land illegally occupied by this family members. He added that this fact and truth of that attack is known to all in Kathua town but due to terror of this family the truth has been suppressed. "Two persons who threatened to expose the truth were killed under suspicious circumstances, he alleged. Singh added that One Police officer close to this family allegedly has changed the course of Police investigation by suppressing evidences thus becoming co-conspirator. In this regard, All India Anti- Militant Front, (AIAMF) has submitted a memorandum to Union Home minister Rajnath Singh and DGP J&K Police through proper channel. |
