| Damri Shobha Yatra to commence from today | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Mar 29: Shri Guru Ravi Dass S S Trust, Sikanderpur Jammu will conduct Begumpura Itihassic Damri Shobha Yatra from Jammu to Haridwar under the aegis of Shri Shri 108 Swami Gurdeep Giri Ji Maharaj on March 31.
Thousands of devotees from all walks of life from Jammu province will participate in this Shobha Yatra. Rupees One thousand per devotee will be charged for this 5-day long Yatra including fare, boarding and lodging.
While addressing the media persons here today, C L Banal - Chairman of Trust said that Damri Shobha Yatra will be welcomed by different Shri Guru Ravi Dass Branch Sabhas and Sangat of adjoining villages/areas at different stations. While entering Punjab, Damri Shobha Yatra will be given grand reception at Madhopur, Sujanpur and Dera Swami Jagat Giri Trust Bhadhroa (Himachal Pradesh).
Kesar Singh Convener of the Trust informed that more than 100 vehicles including Buses, Cars carrying devotees will participate in Begumpura Itihassic Damri Shobha Yatra and appealed to Sangat to join Shobha Yatra. |
