SAC reviews holding of municipal, panchayat polls 3/30/2016 1:03:53 AM JAMMU, Mar 29: The State Administrative Council (SAC), chaired by Governor N. N. Vohra, reviewed matters relating to the conduct of Municipal and Panchayat elections in the state. The SAC noted that the likely legal impediments relating to the conduct of polls to both Urban Local Bodies and Panchayats had been since duly resolved.
