NHM employees hail Bali Bhagat’s appointment as Health Minister 4/7/2016 10:52:11 PM Early Times Report Doda, Apr 7: The National Health Mission (NHM) employees of Jammu and Kashmir working in Health Department hailed the BJP high command decision and congratulated Bali Bhagat for his induction as State Health Minister. According to a press statement, spokesperson of All JK NHM Employees Association Jammu Division Faizan Ali Tramboo has expressed his gratitude to Bali Bhagat for becoming Health Minister of J&K and hoped that the new minister would lead the health department to progress and prosperity.
