RAMBAN, Apr 7: As many as 181 educated unemployed youth including girls were given away the certificates today on passing their 6-week courses in different batches organised by the Food Craft Institute (FCI), Jammu which sponsored by the J&K Department of Tourism under the central government's 'Hunar Se Rozgar' scheme. According to press release, these passing out students who had undergone 6 week courses in 3 different batches with 25 students in each stream of the two streams that is Food & Beverages and House Keeping at the Tourist Bungalow, Batote where the FCI had started its first batch on November 2, 2015. Out of these 31 trainees the Army (RR) had arranged placement for 27. The certificates were given away by the Principal, FCI, Jammu, Jyoti Bhatti in presence of his faculty members, Nitin Kumar and Sheikh Tahbaan at Batote besides the Army (RR) officers at Dharmoond. Each student passed out trainee was also given an amount of Rs.1500 per course besides the certificate as a stipend. |
