RBA mela held 5/6/2016 12:12:21 AM Early Times Report RAMBAN, May 5: RBA mela was today held by Tehsildar Banihal at Neel Batoo. Tehsildar Banihal Tanveer ul Majid alongwith staff were have to face with the people of the locality. The purpose of the mela was to provide RBA certificates to deserved ones at their doorsteps. Huge gathering of people poured in for getting their certificates registered. As many as 200 RBA certificates were issued to the needy and deserved people during the whole day. The people of the area thanked Tehsil Administration for taking up this innovative and effective step towards governments initiative of going to doorsteps for providing services to the people.
