| Calliope School celebrates Mother's Day, Worker's Day | | |

Akhnoor, May 8: The Calliope School Doomi celebrated Mother's Day, worker's Day with great enthusiasm and a lot of fanfare. In this connection, an impressive function was organized in the school premises wherein different activities were conducted.
During the programme they also highlight the importance of workers for the smooth functioning of an organization. The function started with the Tilak ceremony of supporting staff. The formal function started with the meaningful traditional May pole dance with the guidance of Shallu Bhau.
Gifts as a token of love and appreciation were enthusastically given by the chairman Manish Suri and Principal Kiran Raina.
The function concluded with Thank giving note by the Principal encouraging the students to respect the helping hands and realize that nothing is possible without their help. It was categorized pointed out by her that they are not illiterates but are literate in their skills.
