Jammu, May 8: In the garb of opposing the proposed Sainik Colony, the separatists seem determined to spoil yet another tourist season.
The reports appearing in media reveal that the proposed move to earmark land for establishing Sainik Colony in Kashmir, which has been denied by the state government, has reactivated all the anti national forces in Kashmir to blow out of the proportion to cash the issue and create hooliganism in the valley to terrorize the peace loving Kashmiris in general and tourists proposing to visit Kashmir in particular in a desperate attempt to crush tourist season and snatch golden opportunity of earning livelihood from petty bread earners and business class in Kashmir who are fed up from such anti-business acts of separatists with National Conference also identifying itself with the subversive forces thriving in Kashmir.
What is interesting but shocking to note the swift run with which groups of separatists or those supporting separatism and political party like National Conference are vying with each other to prove their credentials of opposing any move of state or central governments on various fronts to appease their masters instigating them to raise the boggy of Kashmir as disputed issue and its demographic identity landing in danger which is dominated purely by one majority community knowing very well that no authority on the earth can change and pollute its demographic character in the event of setting up of Sainik Colony, extension of NEET in state , scheme for homeless under NURM, separate townships for Kashmiri Pandits, the political analysts, castigate the dual standard of so called well wishers of Kashmiris when their uproar goes into the tunnel of dead silence when their turn of getting and availing amenities provided by Government of India like AIIMS, NIT, IIT, Railways, Telecommunication ,Internet, petroleum products, cooking gas, ration, and likewise many other facilities for which several numbers of persons coming from different parts of the country in Kashmir Valley to render their services to make the life of Kashmiris comfortable and cozy, critics, further flay adding that in such an eventuality where their vested interests are involved, their (separatists) tone and tenor totally undergo sea change in their stand forgetting the dangerous repercussions of decimating demography of Kashmir, scuttling pro freedom struggle ,violating Article 370 etc which amply exposes their real face of deceit and deception and stage managed bandh calls to which the Kashmiris are subjected to putting all normal activities to a grinding halt.
Dubbing the separatists as bluff masters calling setting up of proposed Sainik Colony in Kashmir as a sinister design to weaken the state, repeat state's demographic character , the political analysts state that when the majority of people living in two regions of J&K (Jammu and Ladakh) do neither fall in line with separatists nor do they support any movement of these agents of foreign handlers ,who are in absolute minority, then which freedom struggle of the State this disgruntled section of Kashmir society is talking about and for whom it is meant for, is a million dollar question which each one of us shall have to ponder upon honestly taking its holistic view in the right perspective for the overall betterment of its citizens and equitable development of J&K to bring peace, progress and prosperity basically required for perennial source of happiness. |
