Jammu, May 8: All Jammu and Kashmir ReT Teachers Forum stages protest against government for release of their salary on Sunday here at exhibition ground.
According to press release, forum president Younis Rahi Ji said that state government in the last eight months has not release funds due to which the salary of the teachers is still pending.
Younis said that it was tough time for the teacher who was regularized couple of months back and without salary.
We teachers only depend on salary and have no other option of income so for.
They appealed Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti and Minister for Education Naeem Akhtar to intervene in this matter and immediate release the pending salary, so that they will not suffer more.
Aslam, Sikander, Ragubir Lal, Vijay Kumar, Manzoor Malik, Gulzar, Joginder, Dinesh, Rashpal Singh and Rakesh Kumar were also present during protest. |
