UDHAMPUR, May 8: In continuation of the recovery drive against the defaulters the recovery wing of commercial Taxes Department, Jammu conducted recovery proceeding in Battal Balian industrial units District Udhampur and attached the business premises of M/S Modern Insecticides, an industrial unit and M/S New India Traders. Along with attachments, arrears amounting to Rs 415951 were also recovered on spot.
Deputy Commissioner Commercial Taxes (Recovery) Jammu, Kanta Devi actively supervised the recovery drive along with the team comprises of CTOs Sunil Gupta and Ramneek Singh, Inspector Darshan Singh Langeh, Sub-Inspector Surinder Singh Bagal, Joginder Kumar, Imran Saleem, Prashant Jamwal and Avinash Dogra.
Deputy Commissioner Commercial Taxes (Recovery) Jammu also directed the defaulters to pay their pending arrears immediately otherwise strict action as per law shall be taken against them. |
