 Banihal, May 8: A financial literacy camp was organized by J&K Bank Khari in far flung area of Kawana in Tehsil Khari in District Ramban . The function was presided over by the Branch Head J&K Bank Khari Nazir Ahmad Wani and was attended by Financial Literacy Councilor FLC Ramban, M. S. Darora , representative from RSETI Ramban, local NGO Alfalah Foundation besides a large gathering of rural and local masses. The objective of the camp was to educate and aware the people of this area about the different Banking schemes of deposits and advances, different government sponsored schemes like PMJJBY, PMSBY, PMMY, SHG, JLG, Atal Pension Youjna (APY) etc. During the occasion the People were also informed about the different Training programmes being organised by RSETI. Camp organisers asked the locals to take full advantage of different Banking facilities to strengthen their financial condition and earn for their better livelihoods. |
